"Video Cellar's contributions are numerous and valuable. But evidence indicates that he is an Australian History teacher."

Is this just generally a non sequitur, or is it a snub at Australians and/or teachers in general? Who do you have to be to know something? Oh:

"Why question the authority of a silicon valley IP lawyer who was apparently editor of the Harvard Law Review and writes extensively at copyrightdata.org?"

"Apparently editor"? Well, I guess, and why question authority at all?

"I also ran the discrepancies on requirements for registration on post 1964 films by a friend who was formerly an attorney for the Federal Communications Commission"

Did he get fired or he did become (apparently or really) the editor of a law review?

Your post is gossipy and cites no specifics. Today, we are all Australians.
